Officials at Saint Cloud State University say they're closing 23 programs and suspending six others. President Earl Potter says the state has limited Saint Cloud State's ability to raise tuition, and at the same time cut funding for higher education. Potter says students enrolled in programs no longer offered by Saint Cloud State will be allowed to complete their degrees, but those programs will not be accepting new students. (MNN)
